How To Stay Motivated?

About thousand times you probably hear and read somewhere, and some of you probably feel it on your on skin, that the motivation is first and main reason that us pushing to start going to gym and to continue going, and make something for your self, you know great body is one of the best gifts that you can give it to sour self. Basically for health, but generally reason why people start to going to gym is panic that comes before summer. After we stop wearing winter cloth, many of us stay shocked.

Thousands of questions like: “How could I let this happened to me?”, many are asking that question everyday, but only few decide to improve it and go to gym.

You can’t buy motivation, and so many people don’t do anything except regret them self and hoping that somehow will appear magic pill, so it could without any training they will have amazing body.

When you come to gym you starting your training from zero, and for big results you need to put a lot of hard work and time. Don’t think that you need to be al your life in gym to archive your goals, i will tell you only that results will appear sooner that you think. All you need to do is follow the success formula.

From bunch tips and success formula, yours is that matches your body. And since you don’t know that formula, somebody should show you (your gym trainer).

 

I’m telling you from beginning to listen to your trainer. Beside, you need to trust him. Every person that work in gym has enough knowledge to help you so don’t be afraid to ask.

I must warn you that is crucial that someone show and explain in details every exercise and machine, because irregular exercising can be dangerous(especial dead lift which is banned in some states).

You can make a lot on your self in gym, but to believe in that first you need to se results on your self, and to see results you need have proper nutrition and regular exercise. And when you see that you don’t need to spend hours in gym killing yourself on machines, everything will look much simpler and easier, than the first day you enter the gym.

Maybe going to gym doesn’t tool special, but it is special. Every man that finish his training is feeling great no matter muscle pain and all the sweat.  Body is satisfied, mind is come, and we feel great! Thrust me, feeling is really, really great, and you should allow yourself to feel it.

Think about your goal, and believe in it. You will lose your motivation with time, but remember that you don’t want to die with 30 or 40 years from fat in your blood or heart attack, and it would be much better to greet the summer uncharged.

Nothing is impossible ! Believe in yourself– in your goal and remember:

Training is inevitable if you want healthier and nicer life!
