Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic exercises and strength exercises are yin and yang in the world of exercise. Two completely different concept, apparently incompatible, but joint they work perfectly. At the beginning of that lets clarify this, aerobic training means training with a long period of low or poor intensity, where calories consumption and fat combustion is the goal. Cardio training is something else, he refers to strengthen heart muscle. Lots of people use the term cardio and aerobic for the same thing, obviously this is not true.
