I have known that I have a lot easier way to keep my muscle mass with low level of body fat, if I perform cardiac exercises during the year.
And when I thought that they lead to overtraining them, I worked exclusively only a couple of weeks before the competition. Through experience I found that this is not the truth, namely, thirty minutes after aerobic activities begin to dissipate the body’s fat reserves, which allows me to increase calories, and thereby also keep high metabolism, and that allows me to keep greater muscle mass prior to the competition with the minimum percentage of Fat!

How To Establish A Balanced Development Of Shoulders

When you are looking body structure and symmetry of body muscle group you probably look shoulders. Strong shoulders noticeable from all angels, shoulders are visual reference for the establishment of so much desired V body structure. Even if you are not competing bodybuilder, shoulders are still of great importance, if in any terms, then in esthetic ways! Without broad shoulders there is chance that other devolved body muscles stay unnoticed. If you don’t want that, keep reading.

Basic shoulders exercise you can find here. You can use these shock strategies for faster and better results.


Shock The System      

These shock exercise will help your shoulders become stronger and more visible.
Don’t use all shock strategies at once, but when you select one shock strategy give here time of two or three weeks so you could actually see results.
Changing this strategies from time to time, your muscles will be forces to grow because of your changes. Even if you have strong and big shoulders, these strategies will give power to your shoulders.

Shock 1

Work on your shoulders after two day of rest. Working on your weaker muscle after a longer break, it will help you to raise intensity of training, and thereupon a growth of your shoulders.

Shock 2

work on your shoulders on first exercise. Regardless of how many muscle group you are doing at same day, shoulders must be inevitable first if you want rapid growth!

Shock 3

Exercise your shoulders two times a week, but decrease the volume. Bodybuilders often train one muscle group only once a week and that is not a bad approach, but to get in shape burned-in muscle group, they exercise it twice a week. But still be careful with volume of exercising so you avoid possible overtraining.

Shock 4

Establish what better mind-muscle link. If you are more concreted on performing the exercise during the workout the better connection you will establish in mind-muscle link and encourage growth.

Hint:

Never think that the weight of build, but focus on stretching and arms how they lifting, you must feel the muscle, feel the pain then you know that you are doing it right. No pain no gain. Simple

Shock 5

Use a bigger weight and reduced the number of repetitions. Relatively bigger weight better stimulate growth in comparison with the small weights. Once you’ve established a good mind-muscle link perform 6-8 repetition.

Shock 6

Use less break between series. Bodybuilders sin too often rest between series, therefore, reduce the rest to about one minute between all series. Perhaps you won’t be capable of raising the same weight as before, but overall stimulation will be greater than before.

Shock 7

Focus to adequate food before training. 
Eat copious breakfast and drink more water in time before training, and drink shake composed of protein and carbohydrate and 5-10 grams glutamine immediately before training.

Potassium Prevents The Loss Of Muscle

A new research shows that fruits and vegetables, rich with potassium can stop the loss of muscular mass of mature people.

After fifty, body starts to lose muscle much faster, to neutralize remains of digestible acid like meat, breath and grains. Due to high content of alkali compounds(mostly potassium bicarbonate), fruits and vegetables are proven to be effective in neutralization of that acid, and on that way reducing the loss of muscular mass.

Researchers measured the concentration of Potassium in urine, over 380 men and women over 65 years. They with higher quantity of Potassium they had a higher percentage of nonfat tissue(mostly muscle), than those with lower level of Potassium.

What to do:

It is desirable to eat more fruits and vegetables, because these foods do not contain too many calories and are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals, including precious potassium.

People from studies where taking 26% of Potassium from fruit and 19% from vegetables.

Note: Other research has shown that potassium lowers the risk of heart attack, loss of bone mass and risk of the formation of kidney calculi.

History Of Pilates

Pilates is exercising method that was created by Joseph Pilates, born 1880. near city Dusseldorf in Germany. Joe was like a child compliant, with bad health, he had asthma, rickets and rheumatic fever, this aims toward physical importance in activity and prevention.
Joseph PilatesHe prevailed his physical limit with exercising and  body buildingom, and he become an example of physical beuty in age of 14. He was successful in many sports, including skiing, diving and gymnastics. He create his own exercising system that he called centrology, because with exercise you activate muscle from barycenter of your body, lower stomach and pannikin. In 1912. he moved in England, and he work there as self-defense instructor in Scotland Yard. When first world war started he was prisoner like enemy-foreigner with other Germans. During the custody, he improved his ideas and he trained other prisoners with his exercising system.
Epidemic of flue came on England 1918, killing thousands of people, but not even one of his students didn’t die.
After he was released from prison, Joe came back in Germany. His exercising method had support in dance circles, especially thru Rudolf von Laban, who’d created form of dance marks that are used today. Hanya Holm many of Joshep exercise she add to here program, and they are even today part of Holm technique. When they ask him to teach German army to his exercising system,  he decided to leave Germany for ever. In 1926. he emigrated in USA. During the journey hi meet Clara, his future wife. Joe and Clara opened fitness studio in New York, sharing location with New York City Ballet.

How To Stay Motivated?

About thousand times you probably hear and read somewhere, and some of you probably feel it on your on skin, that the motivation is first and main reason that us pushing to start going to gym and to continue going, and make something for your self, you know great body is one of the best gifts that you can give it to sour self. Basically for health, but generally reason why people start to going to gym is panic that comes before summer. After we stop wearing winter cloth, many of us stay shocked.

Thousands of questions like: “How could I let this happened to me?”, many are asking that question everyday, but only few decide to improve it and go to gym.

You can’t buy motivation, and so many people don’t do anything except regret them self and hoping that somehow will appear magic pill, so it could without any training they will have amazing body.

When you come to gym you starting your training from zero, and for big results you need to put a lot of hard work and time. Don’t think that you need to be al your life in gym to archive your goals, i will tell you only that results will appear sooner that you think. All you need to do is follow the success formula.

From bunch tips and success formula, yours is that matches your body. And since you don’t know that formula, somebody should show you (your gym trainer).

 

I’m telling you from beginning to listen to your trainer. Beside, you need to trust him. Every person that work in gym has enough knowledge to help you so don’t be afraid to ask.

I must warn you that is crucial that someone show and explain in details every exercise and machine, because irregular exercising can be dangerous(especial dead lift which is banned in some states).

You can make a lot on your self in gym, but to believe in that first you need to se results on your self, and to see results you need have proper nutrition and regular exercise. And when you see that you don’t need to spend hours in gym killing yourself on machines, everything will look much simpler and easier, than the first day you enter the gym.

Maybe going to gym doesn’t tool special, but it is special. Every man that finish his training is feeling great no matter muscle pain and all the sweat.  Body is satisfied, mind is come, and we feel great! Thrust me, feeling is really, really great, and you should allow yourself to feel it.

Think about your goal, and believe in it. You will lose your motivation with time, but remember that you don’t want to die with 30 or 40 years from fat in your blood or heart attack, and it would be much better to greet the summer uncharged.

Nothing is impossible ! Believe in yourself– in your goal and remember:

Training is inevitable if you want healthier and nicer life!

Outdoors Recreation

There is nothing better than a nice fresh air, sun and woods, sea or lawn. Places for exercise are all around as. I suggest a couple form of exercising outdoors. All you need is a good will, sneakers, bottle of water and to wish a energy bar.

Back in 80 years joggingwas highly popular in USA—many were running thru the parks, by the rivers and other suitable places.
Still, this activity has some unwished consequences like such as e.g. inflammation of lower leg and chronic tendon inflammation.

Today, only individuals run who are in good condition, and where such training remained a pleasant habits without which they no longer can.

Fast Walking

Something newer form of recreation, that is less risky replacement is Fast Walking. There are many variations and combinations, depending on the degree of people coaching, and you can use additional load , like e.g. one hand weight, so called dumbbell or wrist band that you put around your ankle. Still, if you are beginner, try to work about 15 times before you use additional weights. Remember — at aerobic training it more important duration of training than high intensity.  roll

Rolling is very popular and efficient, especially for strengthening loins and buttocks, and if you performing it a little stronger and in continually, its great like aerobic training. 

 

 

Cycling

Cycling can be useful in two reason— you are moving, but you are avoiding traffic on your way to work(but i doubt that you will go with your bike on work), in school or on afternoon coffee with friend. In most of towns there are bike track(at least in Europe), and a price of popular mountain bike is acceptable, so there is nothing stopping you to ride your bike, and cycle to your destination.

History of Nordic Walking

NW is in wider sport concept that is called Nordic Fitness Sports.
It is a concept that is developed by Finland factory of sport gear EXEL in cooperation with leader explorers on sports medicine field, and with company Polar (manufacturer of heart rate monitor) and it’s including several healthy sports, that are, depending about weather condition, place where you live and season, you can pick that is most suitable for you. 
All this activities is common joint use of common moves. 
Summer alternative are: Nordic Walking, Nordic Blading i Nordic Hill Walking, and winter alternative are: Nordic fitness Skiing, Nordic Shoeing i Nordic Winter Walking
The first presentation of NW was 1997 in Finland, and it’s from then to now NW become extremely wanted activity in entire world. (Right now only in Europe there are over 30 million people that are using NW).

Right technique and efficient training, is possible only with quality and for that purpose right gear, and that is Nordic Walking pole.

Nordic walking stick have:

  • ergonomic design handle(because ideal arm capture)
  • they are light and made from quality materials (carbon)
  • special design strap around wrist of arm (it allows performing proper arm technique)
  • rubber extension for improved handling on asphalt(road) and absorption of vibrations (extensions are assemble on the top of stick, and removed when you come to soft ground).

To properly select your stick size, we use formula to calculate: person height x 0.68 = stick height. Obtain value round on first lower value of multiple 5cm. example: 132cm - we round on 130 cm.
Also, remember that your forearm and upper arm must create angle of 90 degree while top of the stick is on floor, and you hold stick for handle.
Other factors that are considering while you are buying stick are: terrain on what you walking, joints mobility, level of training course and etc.

Nordic Walking is new form of activities. That is walking with stick,sticks are special design for Nordic Walking.Što je Nordic Walking?Although everything looks really simple, its really efficient for the health of Pearson that is working, or for increasing coaching of athletes, under condition that is using with correctly technique.

All you need is Nordic Walking stick and usual walking is transforming into the great exercise for entire body, that give great exercise results in process of exercising.

For the fact that is not hard to do it, NW is suitable for all ages and category (bodybuilders, professional athletes, amateur etc…), by using NW sticks, there comes to reduced load of joints and bones.

Nordic Walking is simple and is fast learning exercise, and after short brief of licence manager and conquering basic technique, you can independent (or, even better, in company of a friend or coach), start doing Nordic Walking.
